Whistle is the patriarch of the PCF heelers. With his big block head and rock solid body, he has produced many pups for us and you to love. Whistle has an awesome personality. In his youth, he enjoyed fast paced herding or just relaxing on the deck. He has always shown a very compliant attitude which made training easy, but he has the deep passion that heelers are known for. He is a one family man so stranger beware. Whistle is now enjoying retirement along side his life long girlfriend, Purdy.
